Returns & Exchanges

We want you to cherish your DÔEN garments for years to come, but if a piece isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags securely attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all DÔEN tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
