When will my order ship?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I care for my DÔEN garments?
To preserve the quality of our natural fibers, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a gentle detergent and laying flat to dry. Specific care instructions can be found on the interior tag of each garment.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make modifications to the items or the shipping address. If you need to cancel, please contact our support team immediately, though we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with specific measurements. As many of our pieces feature a relaxed, vintage-inspired fit, we recommend comparing the measurements to a similar item you already own.
